Who are we?

Infoo is a British company built by a team of technology veterans with a track record of success in delivering technology services to consumers and businesses across the globe.

Moreover, Infoo was built by people facing the everyday challenges of trying to track the safety of all their household appliances and finding it was much more difficult than it should be in the modern era.

Our mission is to change that for the better, forever.

What is our goal?

We want users you to get the most from their appliances - safely and conveniently - but we recognise that isn’t always easy! So, we’re using the latest technology to help users keep on top of their appliances with access to important product safety information, one-click product registration and warranty tracking, ‘how-to’ guidance for users and a range of other consumer benefits. All this done simply and intuitively.

Safety is front and centre for us at Infoo. There are too many household fires caused by faulty appliances and we don’t think it’s easy enough to know if your appliances pose safety risks for you and your family. So, we’re changing that, now. Infoo’s core feature is to make sure you know when an appliance in your house has a recall for a safety issue - and to give you actionable information, so you can take the appropriate steps to mitigate that risk straight away. 

Infoo has a product for consumers which provides recall checking with a host of other features so that users can get the most out of the products they own. We also have a number of products designed for the professional market to help companies protect themselves and their clients from the dangers associated with faulty or unsafe products in the home.

We also support sustainable initiatives that help you use and maintain your appliances in ways that help the environment, including ‘right to repair’ and the provision of quality appliance information and guidance, so that you can extend the useful life of your appliances and keep them safe and in good condition. We support a future where appliances have less negative impact on our world, bringing focus to appliance energy efficiency, durability, reusability, repairability and recyclability.
